Directions to Add a Testimonial

So glad you are willing to speak on our behalf! (Not a bad promotional tool for yourself, either!)

Follow these directions when filling out this form to add a testimonial. Most items are self explanatory, except for the ones that are not! 

1. For TITLE, enter 1 sentence title phrase. This will be the heading of the full-length testimonial on the testimonial page but will not appear in the scrolling module to the left.
2. Select the type of service Swampdancer provided you under the Category dropdown menu.
3. Write your testimonial to any length.
4. Add your contact info below:
1. For NAME, put your name, your title 
• For COUNTRY, put city, state/province
• If including your website, provide a live URL (include http://)
5. If including an avatar picture or logo, don’t worry about sizing. I can do that at my end. You can upload anything with your face or company logo in it. If you’d like to optimize the graphic, size it to 100 pixels x 100 pixels.
6. You may include a video of yourself speaking your testimonial. For VIDEO, type the full URL of your video in the box below your contact data. For example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jEbTLitz-A&feature=related
7. For CAPTCHA, type the code you see in the box.
8. Scroll back up to the top of the form and hit the SAVE button in the top right. If you get the 3-part message illustrated in the graphic below, your submission DID save successfully. 

Your submission will be reviewed and approved before posting.
